Join HoCo250, the Howard County Veterans and Military Family Commission and Veteran organizations as we commemorate the 250th anniversary of the Army, Navy and Marines by honoring the history and traditions, highlight the evolution of military service of 250 year, and recognize the sacrifices and contributions of service members, past and present. This date is especially significant as it marked the battles of Lexington and Concord, signifying the start to the American Revolutionary War and the shift from protests to armed rebellion.
